Lid installation instructions
Adding a Lid to your board at a later date is a straightforward process. The hinge holes on the back of the board are already marked, simplifying installation. Follow these instructions to correctly position the lock and ensure the springs are properly tensioned.
1. Mark the Top Hole: Using a pointed tool like a bradle, mark the position of the top hole of the spring section of the lock. This hole is situated on the centerline, precisely 27mm (1.06 inches) from the underside of the pre-installed Lid "hook."
**Pro Tip:** Refer to the picture located after the color swatches for visual guidance.
By following these steps, you can easily add a Lid to your board and ensure that the springs are properly tensioned for secure closure and protection of your pedals.
